Participants of the International Seminar on Public Drug Policies, San Jose, Costa Rica.

For this seminar, working groups were formed in the area of treatment, with the participation of experts from member countries and consultants from other countries whose developments in the area could provide useful inputs to enhancing  treatment services in  participating countries through horizontal cooperation. This initiative includes establishing strategic alliances with national and regional organizations to strengthen and validate the outcomes of these working groups.
