Improving drug treatment services in EU and LAC cities

Purpose of this action: To develop actions aimed at improving drug treatment services at the municipal level (between cities from Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean) in collaboration with other regional and national agents, as well as with the health systems. The different activities described cover the following areas of work: data collection, design and development of a local rapid assessment, needs assessment, planning, capacity building, and treatment system evaluation.
